Building Consultancy Services

Like all our building inspectors, Queenstown inspector Wal can provide the full range of home inspection reports for his clients including pre-purchase building inspections, pre-sale building inspections, condition/maintenance assessments, healthy homes compliance reports, methamphetamine testing, asbestos management surveying, and sampling.

“All our reports are produced electronically and accessed via an online link,” Wal explains. “We are able to complete them within 24 hours of the site visit. They are written in plain English, including an easy-to-read summary, a traffic light ‘level of concern’ rating system, and lots of accompanying photographs.”

All of Betta’s building inspectors come to the role with a wealth of practical building experience and are easily able to explain any aspect of their inspections and resulting reports with their clients once they have been released with a follow-up call, which is an important part of the service.
